How to use the perineal bottle:
- Fill the bottle with warm water, screw the cap on securely, and extend the nozzle firmly.
- While on the toilet, invert the bottle between your legs and aim the tip towards the perineal area.
- Squeeze the bottle gently while urinating and repeat as needed to clean the area.
How to clean the perineal spray bottle:
After each use, disassemble, clean, and rinse the bottle thoroughly with mild soap and warm water only. Do not boil and allow to dry before storing.
